Lillian, you need to go to the AzoresGenWeb site, http://www.worldgenweb.org/azrwgw/, and download the map for Sao Jorge. Just looking at your info I would say to start to look in Santa Barbara da Manadas, Councelho of Velas. You need to get familiar with the villages and church names.
