Your question was where is Castelo Branco on Faial. It's in the southwest corner.
You'd have to go to the CITCEM site and see if Castelo Branco is listed. I know CITCEM is missing one freguesia from Faial. It's all linked from the Azores GenWeb with the URL that I provided. Just click on the link and scroll down to Castelo Branco to see what's online for it.
