On the 3rd day of the month of July 1888 at 3 a.m. (don’t know the next phrase but; it’s the church of Santisima (sp) de Trindade, concelho de Lages de Pico, diocese of Angra, died receiving the Sacrament of Extreme Unction, a feminine individual by the name of Catharina da Conceicao, of the age of 32 years, married with Joaquim de Souza Bettencourt, native of this parish and resident of the same place of Ribeira do Meio, legitimate daughter of Manuel Silveira Cardoza, farmer, and of Genofera da Conceicao of the profession of domestic, both natives of this parish ( I don’t understand the next part but; I think it says she had no children and then it says all the stuff about it be as above and written in duplicate, etc., etc.) Nothing about cause of death that I could see.
