I have a Jose Furtado Laurenco from Ribeira das Tainhas and died circa 1922. He was married to Maria da Gloria Resendes who died circa 1918 and he subsequently remarried to an unknown woman almost immediately and died shortly thereafter. Most of this information is from the recollection of his grandson. This could very well be a relative. I'll have to remind the grandson, who is in his seventies, to see if he can find his birth certificate to determine if correctly remembers the name of his grandfather just to double check. I've asked before but it fell by the wayside as we don't see each other too often.
