It says:
Joao son of Manuel Pacheco and Maria Pereira de Pimentel.
Paternal Grandson of Francisco Pacheco Moniz and Maria Joaquina
Maternal Grandson of Manuel Pereira da Costa and Maria Pereira
Born June 9th 1841 and baptised on the 14th of same month and year
Godparents: Antonio Pacheco and Maria de Jesus, married.
