Hi David, I love to compare faces and from just an outsiders opinion, I’d agree that the third lady “could” be Silvina but the lady on the left is definitely not her. Features on the left look very different to me. Are the two children in the one that you think is Silvina the only children in that photo? Do the match up to the children you know she had?
