Hi Justin B, Yes, they all had to register. The problem is, we don't know WHEN. So you start looking at 18 June 1905 and work your way back in time on the passaportes.
If you know the freguesia (village), it's easier to go down that column looking for the council and freguesia than it is to look and every single Maria.
