I did go ahead and upload the Ancestry results to My Heritage. Received the results today, and there are some interesting differences.
There was no problem with the upload process for a 2nd/subsequent set of results. This time, followed the instructions for Ancestry instead of FTDNA. Said they were for me. Each set of results shows under my profile, and I can select viewing by either one of them.
