There's only 1 handwriting on note 1. The last 2 lines are note 2. Zoom in:

The 1st 3 lines under her name I don't understand. Then it says I declare
that the individual of the something something contracted (?) in matrimony
in this freguesia on the 16 May 1908 something something book of
marriages/matrimony of the referenced year? page 6 Maia, 21 May 908 (no 1
in front) and he signs his name. Maybe a native speaker can get the rest.
