I should have also stated, said Joao da Costa Duque also goes by name Joao da Costa Furtado; There are no more records for this line in Ponta Garca that I know of, but perhaps the baptisms of Vila Franca may turn up something. There is a marriage in Vila Franca, Matriz, that may be the parents of Teresa de Medeiros:

As to parents of said Joao Costa Duque, the records do not go back far enough to verify.
