I descend from Francisco's brother (I think. I've got a merging problem). And Iria was a typo in my computer (which I fixed). Try looking again for your Marianna with a father of Francisco Vieira or Francisco Vieira Sousa or Francisco Sousa Vieira. Or better yet, a Marianna born to a Francisco Anybody with an Iria (those "I"s can look weird). Maybe he used Francisco Barboza at Marianna's baptism. I would think the key would be Iria. I'm going to call my cousin Shirley Allegre and tell her to log in and read your post. Who knows if she has more on your family.
