Looks like Pavoã to me. It is an uncommon surname that is most prevelant in Brazil. One resource said it is the female version of Paul.
I found this too: Portuguese (pavão): nickname from pavão ‘peacock’, probably denoting someone who was proud or self-important. Compare Pavon.
