If I had to take a guess, Sebastiao Alexandre something something Lopes .... I can see Lianor Clara. I'm really don't think Sebastiao's 2nd name is Alexandre, but I can see the "xandre" or "xondre" which makes me think Alexandre, but I don't think it's right. More people need to take a look.
