It looks to me like she was born 30 May 1885 and baptized on the 31st. Children are only baptized with one name so I don't see a middle name.
There are actually three margin notes that were all written on 18 Jan 1969 (the second note actually says 18 Feb 1969): 1. Married Antonio Luiz de Arruda in Posto de ??? de Bretanha on 1 Feb 1926, (? record 325 of 1926) 2. Marriage dissolved by the obit of the spouse on 6 Sep 1940 (record 325 casamento of 1926) 3.
