Thanks once again Bill!  The way the record ended confused me, but I didn’t 
notice the missing page. Perhaps I’ll look through to see if it was inserted 
elsewhere. What a loss if missing. 

You’re likely correct on the “C”. The way it made sections stand out just made 
me think.
