Hello, I'm looking for the data of my ancestors who lived in the Azores Islands.
The names of my ancestors of Graciosa Island, communities of Nossa Senhra de Guadalupe and Santa Cruz are: 1- Thome Espínola de Miranda (born 20.04.1709) son of Bartholomew de Novais and Beatrice de Novais. Thome married 29.11.1735 with Catherine Espinola de Bettencourt (born 05.12.1713). She was the daughter of Francisco Espinola de Bettencourt and Catarina de Souza, married 06.06.1700. Catarina de Souza was the daughter of Manoel Homem and Apolonia Neta. Francisco was the son of Gaspar Dias and Luzia / Lucia Martins My ancestors from Terceira Island and Faial are: Francisco José Coelho, born in the communitie of São Pedro, Terceira Island. Tereza Maria da Trindade, born in Ribeirinha, Faial Island. Unfortunately I do not have more data and I would like to deepen my paternal genealogy. Thomé and Catarina migrated to Southern Brazil in the middle of the year 1750 and settled on the Island of Santa Catarina, now Florianópolis. Here were born his three children: Bartholomeu Novaes de Espinola, Jacinta Espinola and João Ignacio de Espinola. I descended from Bartholomeu Novaes de Espinola.
