Bill, I also agree with Mariano because if you go back and forth to see what 
the letters are that bleed through, you can sort of eliminate the dark letter P 
that's coming through.  Then, notice how the priest writes the letter M.  He 
has a little circle at the base of the M  almost like an o or e before he 
starts going up on the M.  (If that makes sense).  

I also have a Mariano in my husband's ancestry and it is unusual. Hope this
