This is a twisted group of names and the only way I can make sense of it is that the priest must have meant Antonio even though it looks like Antonia (Padrinho is always listed first and I'v never seen two madrinhas) What I think it is saying (in my words) is that the Padrinhos are Antonio Coelho and Maria Coelho, both children of João Gonçalves de Ornelas. Antonio, the godfather, is the son of Beatriz de Mello who was a wife of João and Maria, the godmother was his half-sister who was daughter of another of João wives, Maria Coelho. João and both of these wife are deceased. Since you are familiar with this family tree, perhaps you know if this makes any sense.
