Assuming the heading is correct, this is the baptism of my 11th great grandfather, on the direct paternal line of my maternal grandmother. I hardly recognize a character except in the heading. Can someone confirm that the names from the heading (same as subject line of post) are in the body of the record? Any idea what the baptism date is?
