What I think I see is: Manuel Fernandes, son of Andre Fernandes da Silva and Anna Velha (deceased) marrying Maria Velha daughter of Antonio Velho da Costa and Breatis (Beatris?) George. Reading around the torn pages, the date is the fifteenth of some month in 1657 or Jan of 1658. I appreciate any other insight or opinions.
