Sidney, I don't know if you're actually offering anything for discussion here, but please don't use B-Hebrew as a quasi-blog. It's a discussion forum. For what it's worth, the 'Sidlee's Rule' you mention makes very little sense to me.
If you want some meaningful interaction, then please transcribe Hebrew in a logical way. If you transliterate, please do so from left-to-right. If you use Hebrew font, then use it from right-to-left.
