After I responded to you I looked at Ahituv's second edition of the handbook
of extra-biblical inscriptions.
He vocalizes the name Aleph Shin/Sin Aleph with a Sin. P.414.
The following brief commentary is added, and I translate:
"the meaning of the name is not clear. Apparently it is an abbreviated
theophoric name."
