archaeological evidence. The article that first showed me evidence, written
by an archaeologist, I didn’t find this time around.

As per the late date of Ugarit, this article
http://www.ldolphin.org/19thdynasty.html puts Raamses II at a late date,
therefore Ugarit, which is dated by artifacts connected with Raamses II, is
of the same date.
