I think you find them in the Massorah  Gedolah (a separate volume - I believe - 
of observations on the text and summations and listings of the Massorah parva - 
qtonah? qtannah?). Have a look at David Ginzberg's 'Introduction to the 
Massoritico-Critical Edition of the Hebrew Bible' (you should find in on 
Archive.org, but I'm not sure of the spelling of his name). That will give you 
a very good idea of what's in the Massorah. Ginzberg did an edition of the 
Massorah Gedolah, but there must be other editions.

Are there newer books on the Massorah?
