BOAKA בואך is the combo BO-AKA, in which AKA = AKAH אכה is a variant of the personal pronoun אתה ATAH, 'you'. We find it in שלך $ELKA = $EL-AKAH, 'yours' for a man. For a woman it is שלך $ELAK = $EL-AK, where אך AK is a
variant of את AT, 'you'.

AK, or AX, is found embedded in אנוכי ANOKIY, and אנחנו ANAXNU.

BO בוא is the root בא BA, plus the inserted personal pronoun O, 'he'.

In Deut. 1:31 we have באכם BO-AKEM with אכם AKEM for אתם ATEM.
In Gen. 34.5 we find בואם BO-AM = BO-HEM, 'their coming'.
