Again, when you say "not possible" that Terah lived to be 205 years, then you
are applying "modern" definitions to what was possible and not possible. You
are using eisegesis NOT exegesis. Furthermore, the plain meaning of "shannah"
is year. The context also confirms that. The TEXT does NOT indicate that
"shannah" should not be taken otherwise. Finally, remember that Yigal also
showed from Exodus 12 that the 1st of Nisan was the beginning of the religious
calendar that is to last "12 new moons" NOT "6 new moons." No society that I
know of including the ancient American societies had a calendar that lasted
only 6 months before a new year. In fact, they usually had a civil and
religious calendar.
