'Cause I'd sent you a patch earlier for just e (240/4) and you didn't
apply it? :)

I have no strong feelings regarding allowing/not allowing 224/4 within
the daemon but felt it was better to disallow via a separate bogon
list. My project is looking into what it would take to reclaim much of
this space also.

on the 240/4 front...
Linux kernel upstream has obsoleted IN_EXPERIMENTAL, and the backport
is now in openwrt, so having babel allowing 240 at least, would allow
for further progress. Want another patch?
