Dear all,
By now, I believe that my implementation of v4-over-v6 is ready to be
merged, and so does Juliusz. He is going to merge it into master soon.
Until then, the code can be found here:

Although the implementation is still experimental and has not been
tested thoroughly yet, I trust the code is robust enough for production.
I'll try my best to fix quickly any reported bug.
