I have started some time ago this wiki: http://interop.wlan-lj.net/ Maybe we can also add section "routing protocols". ;-) And as it is Trac there are tickets and also code repository possibility. If you want "neutral" ground. Otherwise some sub-project in existing routing protocol repository would be probably enough.
