The next (03) revision of the Babel authentication Internet-Draft is now
available at:
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ovsienko-babel-hmac-authentication-03
The changes since revision 02 are as follows:
* Numerous fixes to common use of English (thanks to proofreaders!).
* Section 2.1 now mentions specific editions of hash algorithms where necessary.
* Section 4.3 now contains an additional paragraph with some thinking behind
padding method.
* Appendix A is now called "Figures and Tables" and contains three new tables
replacing two figures.
* Appendix B is a new "Test Vectors" section.
