not sure what the rest of the differences are between babeld and
quagga-RE at this point?, and quagga-RE could probably use a refresh
from mainline/vice versa (up to denis?)

one of the things on my todo list was to take a look at the homenet
prefix distribution stuff for ospf that is in a quagga branch
somewhere.
