1. Is there normal that so many static routes are present ? (I mean, babeld is 
not installing them, is he ?)
For example :
2601:9:6680:3c2::cef via fe80::100d:7fff:fe64:c990 dev eth0  proto 42  metric 
1024
2601:9:6680:3c2::cef via fe80::100d:7fff:fe64:c990 dev eth0  proto static  
metric 32754

2. Can you give the dump of "all" routing tables:
ip -6 rule show
ip -6 route show
ip -6 route show table 10
ip -6 route show table 11
ip -6 route show table ...

3. What in your babel configuration files ?

4. What are the malformed routes ? (just an example is sufficient)
