Hi, We've had a meeting about Babel today at IETF. There were about 30 people present, including both Routing Area Directors. I gave a talk, the slides are on
http://www.pps.univ-paris-diderot.fr/~jch/software/babel/babel-20150723.pdf This was followed by a fairly lengthy discussion, at which it was decided to create an IETF non-Working Group mailing list, where we will discuss whether we want to create an IETF Working Group with the goal to standardise something similar to Babel. I will announce the ML here when it is created.
