Yes, it's pretty amazing.

Looking from 4 hops away, I'm seeing a reasonable amount of route
instability (a route flap every few minutes) and latency peaks at 3s.
I think the latency accumulates around node sljiv-3-tplink.

Not sure if it's bufferbloat or link-layer meltdown.  I suspect the link
layer.
