You need a MPEG receiver to receive these feeds. Not a 4DTV receiver. Visit the satelliteguys/sadoun websites if you want to buy a MPEG receiver. Ebay sells them too.
4DTV receivers get very few backhauls. 11766 MHz applies to these receivers as an input you can do to receive a signal.
