FEED #2:  LIVE NEW YEAR'S EVE COVERAGE OF TIMES SQUARE 2007

Live coverage of the Times Square 2007 festivities provided by an 
eight-camera mixed feed with exclusive panoramic views of Times 
Square and the New Year's Eve Ball from proprietary camera locations 
on rooftops and on the street; the ambient and natural sounds of the 
revelers; 6:00 p.m. lighting and raising of the New Year's Eve Ball; 
6:07 Pontiac Garage musical performance; 6:24 p.m. New Year Cheer; 
8:33 p.m. USO Troupe of Metropolitan New York musical performance; 
10:38 p.m. USO musical "Service Salute" to our armed forces; hourly 
practice countdowns at the top of each hour with fireworks, confetti 
and sound effects; 11:59 p.m. NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Special 
Guest will push the Waterford Crystal button that will signal the 
Ball lowering and the sixty second countdown to 2007.  At midnight, 
the numerals 2007 will light up amidst a blizzard of colorful 
confetti and spectacular Zambelli fireworks to welcome the New Year.  
This clean, uninterrupted feed will be provided free of charge to 
media organizations around the world on a non-exclusive basis solely 
for their use in creating television programming relating to the 
event.  For the first time, the feeds are being made available to 
user generated content sites as well, encouraging Times Square 
revelers to upload their own accounts of the evening's festivities in
