the current Wednesday forecast for London is heavy rain.
yet the 24 hour prediction is clear - cloudy - sunny intervals -
sunny intervals - clear - clear -clear - clear
it just doesn't seem practical or helpful to have this type of
conflict in the predictions.
it is stormy at the moment, so would it not be possible to have say:
"stormy with sunny intervals and heavy rain" in the all day and 24
hour forecasts?
niether sunny intervals, nor heavy rain match the current expectations.
