Google is sometimes blocked by web filtering firms as the 'Cached' page
feature and translation tools are seen as a proxy, enabling people to bypass
other filtering rules. Seems strange that they can't filter by anything more
specific than the domain name - can't be that difficult.

Of course, it's all futile - children/young adults/whatever will find ways
around the censorship.
