Next 24 hours as default?

when javascript is disabled the next 24 hours is displayed
but when javascript is enabled,
the "Following 12 hours" link
http://news.bbc.co.uk/weather/forecast/0008?node1=full24hours#full24hours
does not display the Next 24 hour forecast. ie mouseover and open in
new tab
is there a way other than disabling javascript to ensure the page
opens with the 24 hour forecast?
this had been the case in the past...
what evidence was there that users preferred to click for this
information?
most necessarily is the option to provide this in the weather feeds.
see previous mail.
would it also be possible to ensure that the complete forecast
displayed on the screen?
the latest version requires one to use the scroll bar.
