it's not just you
www.bbc.co.uk (and the same applies for
news.bbc) will resolve to a different range of ip addresses over time. It
does change, and relatively frequently.
I'd
advise you to use the domain name : cache it for a period if you want, but I
wouldn't stick to a single ip for any length of time without re-checking the
dns.
