Presumably not the Weather feed then... *ducks* It's a great idea... Thinking completely off the top of my head...is it something that could be mocked up at home if your PC's got a Freeview TV card? (I don't have one, so I don't know anything about this kind of thing.) TV with home-brewed news ticker over the top? As I said - great idea, and one that could only have been thought up by someone who shaved their hair off while at school... In, say, the third or fourth year...
