I agree the Newcastle Lab was very useful. Once I'd made the switch from 'Ask not what the BBC can do for you, ask rather what you can do for the BBC' This means I have had to refocus my thoughts on improving and providing BBC products rather than my existing projects, which is fine since they are paying and I can see some needs that the BBC is well placed to fullfill.
