But do so with patient logic and evidence.I didn't read the text, but I did read the very beginning: "I am writing to invite you to address what appears to be, on the face of it, an incomplete Market Impact Assessment (MIA) by Ofcom " The letter relates to an OFCOM document. Complaining to OFCOM about one of their documents - as that letter does - strikes me as a much more sensible place to complain about it, than this mailing list. YMMV, :-)
