While I am not a spokesman for BT, I cant comment on all of the products
that BT provides – but I can say that in response to your original message,
to be accurate the BT Web21C SDK – does send internationally and while
roaming, and all, as you pointed out, at a exceptional price.

That's interesting. So BT _can_ manage to make SMS work properly, but
they just don't bother to do so for consumers using their land-lines and
actually paying for the service? :)

(Or has the land-line BT Text service been fixed recently and I just
haven't noticed yet?)
