riva converts to flv on the desktop if you don't have flash video encoder/ sorenson: http://www.rivavx.com/?encoder it's windows tho so if you're using an alternative OS it's not for you. there's also ffmpeg: http://ffmpeg.mplayerhq.hu/faq.html mac apps I don't know about, sorry for you if that's your OS, heh.
