At the http://www.aspirationtech.org/events/opentranslation conference it 
became clear that non-commercial license heavily limit the possibilities for 
translation, since almost all translation sites have a commercial aspects in 
order to exist.

Please consider BY-SA over BY-NC for the podcasts.
