Seems like a reasonable idea to me.
I wonder what interesting ui could be done on a TV for navigating
through radio?

the TV on demand material via the TV. I would really like to be able
to stream the Radio programs as well - there is a wealth of great
stuff on the BBC's radio side of things.
Am I missing some minor technical problem or is it simply that
listening to Radio via the TV is a bad idea?
