The best bits, if you really fancy a good laugh are on the last page. Mux B is listed with 301/302/305 as "Red Button" with Associated BBCi (4 streams) as "Text". This makes the multiplex carry only 2 SD+ 3 red button.
Mux A seems to be missing the Top Up TV streams. Teletext Holidays is listed as (more audio than text) but then is "text" not "audio". Mux C - Ofcom seem to have missed NHS Direct!
