All you need is a copy of Lame 3.97, and four VBR profiles: V0, V1, V2 and V3. Job's a good 'un. Excellent quality, good filesizes, if I'm encoding my own stuff to MP3 I'll use V0. (I used to use 320kbps.) Do you have an idea as to when are the changes going to be publicly announced?
