According to Anthony Rose's post ( http://tinyurl.com/5ew649 ) iPlayer will switch to H264 and AAC but will still be in Flash. So even devices carrying H264 hardware decoders won't be able to access the content as it's obscured by flash, despite the relative ease of providing an <object "path/to/h264">. Oh and the statement "evryone[sic] already had Flash installed" is entirely untrue. Even more so today, anyone up to date with the latest industry developments would have noticed a few new laptops (sub-notebooks?) running non x86 CPUs. I can't find any Flash player available for these platform so the claims these users already have Flash installed is complete rubbish. What's the BBC doing for these people?
